What we build

HIRE ONE, OR ALL THREE FIXED PRICE · WRITTEN SPEC · YOURS AT HANDOVER

Three things, and they fit together. Most businesses start with the one that is hurting most, then come back for the others once they can see the difference.

1

Websites

Most small business websites were built once, by somebody who has since moved on, and have been quietly rotting ever since. We design it, write it, build it and then keep it running. Same people, start to finish.

WHAT YOU GET

The design and the words. The built site, hosted and live. Analytics and conversion tracking working on day one, not bolted on a month later. Search Console connected. The code repository and the hosting account in your name. And a written handover document, so whoever touches it next is not guessing.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

One person who can make decisions and come back to us within a few days. Your existing content, or the go-ahead to write new. Access to your domain.

Spec
What it replacesA site you cannot edit, and a developer you cannot reach.
You end up owningDomain, hosting account, code repository, written handover.
Billed asOne fixed price, set in the spec.
After handoverMonthly upkeep, or nothing at all. Your call.
2

Operations

This is the software behind the counter: how a job gets booked, how an invoice goes out, how you know what is in stock. Most businesses end up with four tools that do not talk to each other and a person in the middle retyping. We replace the retyping with one system.

Four separate tools replaced by one system On the left, four disconnected boxes labelled bookings, invoices, stock and customers, each trailing off into a dashed line that connects to nothing. An arrow points right to a single bordered block containing the same four functions, divided by hairlines rather than separated into different software. WHAT YOU GET

A written map of how work moves through your business today, and where it stalls. The systems chosen, set up and connected to each other. Your data moved across. Training for the people who use it every day, and documentation for the ones who cover.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Time with the people who do the work, not only the people who manage it. Access to the tools you use now. Somebody who can confirm what a finished job looks like in your books.

Spec
What it replacesFour tools that do not talk, and somebody in the middle retyping.
You end up owningEvery account, all of your data, and the documentation.
Billed asOne fixed price, set in the spec.
After handoverYour own staff run it. We are on call only if you want us.
3

Marketing

Repeat business should not depend on somebody remembering to follow up. We set up the lists, the messages and the timing, then hand you something that keeps running whether or not anyone is watching it.

WHAT YOU GET

Email and text lists set up properly, with permission handled correctly. Review requests that go out on their own after a job closes. Follow-up campaigns written and scheduled. And a monthly report in plain English: what went out, what came back, what changes next month.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Your customer list, however messy it is. Your real margins, so we are chasing profit instead of clicks. One person who can approve a message inside two business days.

Spec
What it replacesFollow-up that only happens when somebody remembers.
You end up owningYour lists, your templates and your reporting.
Billed asOne fixed price, set in the spec.
After handoverIt keeps running. The monthly report is optional.

What we do not do.

We do not shoot photography, video or audio, and we do not handle printing or fabrication. When a job needs those, we say so and help you find somebody good rather than marking up a subcontractor.

We also do not run marketing without being allowed to change what it says. If the message has to stay exactly as it is, a bigger budget just spends your money faster.

Not sure which one you need?

That is what the first conversation is for. Tell us what is breaking and we will tell you where to start.
